Competition
The Gympie Eightball Association community is filled with people from all walks of life. Our teams consist of men and women; boys and girls; kids, parents and grandparents. Each of these different demographics offer chances to compete in different representative events
Divisions
All representative events are split into different divisions. Mixed teams are split into A, B and C grades. There is also Men's and Women's events split into Juniors, Open and Masters

Juniors
Junior Division is open to players under 18 years of age. This division is split further into age groups: under 12's, under 15's and under 18's and caters to girls, boys and mixed teams

Masters
Masters is split into over 50's and over 60's, these divisions are usually open grade

Ladies
Our ladies compete against mixed-grade women's teams from all over the state.

A grade
The best Gympie has to offer! Our A graders are capable of holding their own against whatever Queensland can throw at them. Many of our A graders have competed at State and National levels and have attained a degree of mastery that we all as players aspire to

B grade
B grade is where our intermediate players continue to hone their skills in hopes of stepping up into the A grade division.

C grade
This is the entry-level of competition for Australian cue sports. Just because this is the first competitive stage, don't think that they're easy... Our C graders are tenacious go-getters who have brought home the silverware on more than one occasion
From our players
The thrill of the games and the atmosphere in these venues can be electric! See why our members like playing competitive eightball for Gympie...
